Shipping and Returns

How long does it take to get my order?

All in-stock items generally take 2-3 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. Shipping time varies depending on payment methods and location. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment.

Am I liable for my jewelry order while it is being shipped?

All our shipments are fully insured. A signature is required upon delivery.

Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses or P.O. Boxes?

We do not ship to military addresses and P.O. Boxes.

Customization and Personalization

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, we make custom orders. You can choose a style you want and change the stones or materials, also if you don't see something you love we can make it for you. To place a special order please fill out this form and one of our customer service representatives will contact you to arrange all the details. Once the order is placed it requires 8 to 10 weeks until you receive your jewelry. 

Do you offer engravings?

Yes, we do. You can customize with your own message. This process takes up to 10 business days and it has a cost of USD 25. When you place the order, please specify the message you want to engrave.

If the ring doesn't fit what can I do? 

All our rings are the standard size 7, however if your size is different, we can resize the ring for you. This process takes up to 10 business days and has a cost of USD 50. When you place the order just make sure to specify the size you want.

Are my stones natural? What kind of special care do gemstones require?

Our diamonds, color stones, rubies, sapphires and emeralds have been purchased from a legitimate source not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. Unless otherwise stated, our gemstones may have been treated or enhanced by heating as an industry standard. The treatment that the emerald has is enhanced and oil treated. The treatment that the blue topaz has is irradiation heat. The treatment that blue diamonds have are irradiation heat. The treatment that tanzanite has is heat treatment. The treatment that rubies have is heat treatment. The treatment that sapphires have is heat treatment. As a condition of treatments, these stones require special care.

What kind of special care do gemstones require?

Do not use ultrasonic cleaner or steamer. Avoid sudden temperature changes, steaming, and contact with cosmetics, hair spray, perfume and household chemicals. Clean with a damp cloth or soft brush.

Warranties and Appraisals

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Your fine jewelry purchase comes with a warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers repairs on any and all components of your purchase that we deem to be a manufacturer’s defect for the first year from the date of purchase. KALLATI® warrants that it will repair or exchange any jewelry that we deem to be damaged due to manufacturers defect, as long as the jewelry has been subjected to normal use and is not damaged by the act of the owner, user of the jewelry or any other person. This warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones) and theft. For the duration of ownership in any case which involves owner negligence or owners excess wear, we will still repair or replace your purchase following an estimate which you may obtain by contacting our customer service department. Repair or service performed by anyone other than KALLATI® will immediately void the warranty. Warranty does not cover shipping, handling and / or taxes, duties and customs fees.

Lifetime Exchange Policy

Included with your purchase is an Exclusive Lifetime Exchange Trade up Policy of all KALLATI®  fine jewelry. If for any reason you would like to trade up the newest addition to your fine jewelry collection, we will extend to you at that time an exchange credit in the amount of the purchase price that is indicated on your original sales receipt, towards any other piece being offered in the KALLATI® collection. This offer will only be honored once, the following conditions are met: All trades must be accompanied with a legible copy of the original sales receipt indicating the original sale price paid by you. (Any price on the certificate of authenticity is not deemed the sales price, the sale price is the price paid for on the original SALES receipt that the customer obtained from the store when purchasing the item. 2) the new item that you would like to trade for must have a higher value of at least $1000 to be traded in 3) you must be the owner as indicated on the warranty document provided by KALLATI®. For further details please contact our customer service department who will gladly help.

Appraisals

KALLATI® does not provide the service of appraisal, this way, the appraisal process is transparent and you can be sure that the value of your piece is an unbiased opinion. However, we are glad to help you contact a third party to complete this process.

Do you have a physical store I can come visit?

Unfortunately no, we only have the online shop. However, there are multiple stores that carry our items: Fred Meyer Stores and Littman Jewelers across the country.

How can I know my ring size?

Can I get Gift Packaging?

Yes. Please choose the gift option at checkout and we will send the piece with the gift packaging. You can also add a special message, you will be prompted to write your message during Checkout.

Is it safe to mail jewelry?

Yes, we ship our jewelry by FedEx a trusted carrier. Plus, all our shipments are fully insured and to guarantee you receive your order a signature is required upon delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to serve shoppers from all over the world. Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact our Customer Service for more information.
