SHIPPING TIMES & RATES

Currently, Kallati is unable to accept online orders with shipping addresses outside the United States. Kallati is proud to offer complimentary FedEx 2Day shipping on all U.S. Domestic orders. Kallati is also proud to offer FedEx Standard Overnight shipping for an additional $19.95 on all U.S. Domestic orders.

Kallati makes every effort to ship orders of in-stock items the same day the order is placed. However, orders may ship anytime within the indicated shipping window on each product. Custom orders, ring sizings and other special orders will require additional processing time as noted. Once the shipment is processed, your order will arrive in 2 business days with standard shipping, or 1 business day with Overnight shipping. Delivery to PO Boxes is not available, but billing addresses may contain PO Boxes. All shipment require signature at delivery.

No shipments are processed after 1pm ET Fridays, as well as Saturdays and Sundays. Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

Please note that occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delays within 24 hours of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

We at Kallati want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return items that are unworn, unaltered and free from scratches and blemishes for a refund, exchange or merchandise credit within 15 days from the date of shipment.

Items returned between 16 and 30 days from date of shipment, are eligible for an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted.

After 30 days, orders may only be eligible for our upgrade policy.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is issued for it to post to your account.

Included with your purchase is an Exclusive Lifetime Exchange Trade up Policy of all KALLATI® fine jewelry. If for any reason you would like to trade up the newest addition to your fine jewelry collection, we will extend to you at that time an exchange credit in the amount of the purchase price that is indicated on your original sales receipt, towards any other piece being offered in the KALLATI® collection. This offer will only be honored once, the following conditions are met: All trades must be accompanied with a legible copy of the original sales receipt indicating the original sale price paid by you. (Any price on the certificate of authenticity is not deemed the sales price, the sale price is the price paid for on the original SALES receipt that the customer obtained from the store when purchasing the item. 2) the new item that you would like to trade for must have a higher value of at least $1000 to be traded in 3) you must be the owner as indicated on the warranty document provided by KALLATI®.
