CRUISE SHIP JEWELRY SPECIALIST

As we move forward into the next step of Kallati’s rich success story we are seeking experienced Sales Managers to oversee our Trunk Show programme on board some of the largest cruise ships in the water.

We offer a wide range of exquisite precious and semi-precious jewellery featured exclusively on board for our discerning guests, and we also offer an industry leading 'bespoke design and manufacture' service that allows the guest to get even closer to owning the Fine Jewellery of their dreams!
If you have extensive experience as a Fine Jewellery sales professional, a Trunk Show Manager or Luxury Category Manager and understand the importance of delivering exemplary customer service and knowledge when selling Fine Jewellery then we would like to hear from you. A team player, with strong relationship building skills, who is very organized and able to communicate at a senior level with both on board management and Kallati Head Office, you are passionate and embrace the challenge of every sale and are driven by achieving and exceeding sales goals.

To succeed in this role you will need to be able to work under your own initiative cruise to cruise, be innovative and creative, be able to adapt to the trends of the guests on board and think outside the box using the sales tools provided to ensure we are capitalising on all opportunities. As sales manager you will be hard working and motivated and committed to the bigger picture as there is a need to execute clerical and operational duties to ensure stock data base integrity is maintained and sales information is communicated to Kallati Head Office on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in (fine) jewellery retail sales (land or sea)
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to succeed in a team environment
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Good English language skills
